Hee, see, app’s due in a little bit. Like, Feb 15 little bit. They’ve been so far really interested in me and seem to really love my stuff at portfolio reviews and in their letters, and I filled out the scholarship applications and am doing the extra for the smart people one (which reminds me MUST LOCATE ENVELOPES) so hopefully they’ll give me enough to go if I get in....

in other news I just fell in the shower
owww holy crap sitting hurts now.
My dad also did not hear me scream when I slipped. Some day, something will kill me in the shower, and HE WON’T BE ABLE TO HEAR IT.
For reference, he was in the next room. I can normally wake my parents up by showering, WITHOUT screaming while i’m showering.

This is just the first painting I’ve finished since August, when I hit a huge depression-induced artblock of doom. Did it after a painting I did for my breadth last year, which was of the same subject in different colors and actual acrylics, but without the darker scars
